Thanks-a-Latte Thursday: Born Grateful

fullsizeoutput_cf2

Thanks-a-Latte Message of Gratitude for July 27, 2017

On this beautiful Thursday morning, I am grateful for the smell of my coffee as I inhale the aroma, recalling fond memories associated with a cup of coffee. Reflecting has been on my mind as of late, since I have a birthday coming up in a week. A lot of people don’t understand why birthdays are big deals – why we run around and tell people with jubilation, “Today’s my birthday!”

I love birthdays! It’s the one day of a calendar year that has been all about me for my entire life. It’s the day where people are a little sweeter, a little more generous, a little more giving, and a little more happy for you – because when it’s their birthday, they get to feel how they know you are feeling on your special day.

I do believe in reincarnation, past lives and I do sincerely feel that I have been here before, in some other capacity. It is because of my spiritual understanding and enlightenment that I know this lifetime has its own direction and its own effect, which adds to the significance of pausing for one day out of each year to take stock of my life and remember my year that was.

I have always looked forward to my birthday, even doing an annual thirty day countdown with my brother from another mother (his birthday is the day before mine) since we were eleven going on twelve; but that stopped when we turned 30. “Thirty days to thirty-one” just didn’t have the right ring to it. When I turned thirty a couple years ago, I decided to start taking a holiday of reflection on my birthday. I reflect on my life thus far, particularly its past year; looking at accomplishments, setbacks, hurdles, victories, departed loved ones, new friendships and friendships that still stand the test of time.

Today I am grateful for another year, another birthday, another “stopportunity” to pause and give thanks for the incredible life that is mine. If today is your special day, Happy Birthday!

So as I spend this next week preparing for my life anniversary, pretend that it’s your birthday too and take a good look at your past year – what are you most grateful for? Next week’s Message of Gratitude will post right before the big day and I’ll share an excerpt from my personal “year in review.” If you’re not yet receiving my posts in your email, scroll down a bit and you should see where you can “Follow.”

Have a grateful day!

Set Your Focus with Gratitude

As we come together this Sunday, I am so grateful for your attention to my giving of Gratitude and I am so excited to share what’s happening at The Center of Gratitude Radio Show tomorrow, June 19, at 10:00am. The topic is “Setting Your Focus with Gratitude” and I am discussing the purpose of setting goals; the pros and cons to setting “challenges” which don’t often work; comparing diet mentality and behaviors to lifestyle change mentality and behaviors; and I will discuss how to alter challenges and short-term focus into livable, habitual, repeatable, daily lifestyle practices that will maintain the goals that you have achieved, allowing you to constantly set new and different goals. I will also explain, exactly, how to change your approach to setting goals so that once you accomplish it, you maintain it – and never have to strive for the same goal again.

The Ultimate Level

Next week you’ll gain insight into The Ultimate Level – you’ve seen and heard me talk about The Ultimate Level for quite some time and coming up next time at The Center of Gratitude, I will reveal exactly what The Ultimate Level is, how it will elevate your life to an unprecedented degree of joy and everything else you need to know in order to create your Ultimate Life at The Ultimate Level.

Thank you for your gratitude! Have a grateful day!

Asking for Gratitude Always Gives an Answer

thinking

There is a difference between stating you are grateful and asking what you are grateful for.

Statements provoke empathy – we can relate to what we see. Questions require answers and because our brains cannot help but to quickly begin working to find the answers to the questions it’s been asked, more comes from a question posed than a statement made.

While the statement of “I am grateful” is wonderful, it’s somewhat limiting. When you ask yourself, “What am I grateful for?” you create an infinite list of options for your brain to scan and upon locating, the answers appear, one after another.

“What am I grateful for?” is a powerful, open-ended question that provokes limitless responses.

Whereas, I am grateful is a powerful but closed-ended statement that provokes an empathetic response of agreement rather than requiring elaboration.

When you ask yourself, “what am I grateful for?”,  your mind introduces the question as well as the responses. Because it is providing both the question and the answers, unequivocal and devoted thought is being given to the sole topic of focus, which is giving thanks and producing more thoughts of what else you want in and as your life to ultimately be grateful for.

Get in the habit of training your mind to ask the most important question it can – “what am I grateful for?”

Every time you ask, every time you inquire, you have a different answer and feel more and more inspired!

The time for happiness is NOW.

The time for joy is ALWAYS.

The time for you to create your ultimate life, has come. Join me! We’ll do it TOGETHER!

Create Your Ultimate Life with Gratitude – A5 – Part Four

Aspire

Happy Thursday! I hope that you had an ultimate Wednesday!

Let’s review a couple vital pieces before we continue with A5, okay?

  • Your life is meant to be ultimate.
  • It’s up to you to determine what you need and what you want in your life and as your life in order for you to declare that it is “ultimate.”
  • By living with gratitude, you WILL create your ultimate life!

On Monday, I introduced you to A5 (which is derived from The Bergstrom Method) and its first “fifth” – Accept.

Tuesday, I gave you the second “fifth” which is Adjust.

When acceptance occurs, adjustment begins.

Yesterday, I gave you the third “fifth” to the formula which is: Adapt.

Once we accept something into our conscious thinking, we are admitting that it is a real thing and that it is happening. Because we accept, we are able to adjust our thinking to align our thoughts with the desired life results we wish to experience. Once we adjust our thinking, we begin to adapt to our new life circumstances, which are and always have been the products of our thoughts.

Today is all about the fourth “fifth” which is: Aspire.

To aspire to create an ultimate life with gratitude, you have to know what it is you’re aspiring to achieve, right? You’ve seen in previous posts where I mention the creation process. The act of conscious thinking is what drives the creation process.

What you think about, you bring about.

Because we bring about what we think about, adjusting your thinking from subconscious to conscious thinking will allow you to consciously adjust or adapt your perception of the life results you are experiencing, based on what you have been thinking!

If you aspire to create your ultimate life with gratitude, you must get clear about what you want in and as your ultimate life! You need an outline! I created this for me and I’m so thrilled to share it with you! It’s called The MULO: My Ultimate Life Outline.

The MULO Practice comes from The Bergstrom Method. To begin, we should all make a MULO and revise it as often as possible initially and then at the beginning of each month thereafter. This is a Practice that will never be “done” for being done would mean that one is deceased. This is a Practice that I personally do in order to create my ultimate life! Once you get rolling, there’s no telling how far you will allow your mind to wander and the possibilities of the ultimate life you will create are infinite! (I think you just discovered what your weekend plans are!)

Use the following questions to prompt yourself. You can always edit, you can always revise, you can always add your own questions and you can always make a new MULO, as long as you are thinking consciously. Grab some paper and a pen and get started!

What do you want?

  • What kind of home(s) do you want to have?
  • Do you want to travel? Where?
  • How do you want to travel? By plane, bus, train, car, private aircraft, private yacht?
  • How much money do you want to see in your bank accounts? Pick a number.
  • Where do you want to vacation?
  • What is your life calling you to do with your time?
  • What do you LOVE to do?
  • Where are you when you are your happiest?
  • Do you want a family?
  • Do you want children?
  • Do you want a better body?
  • Do you want to be healthy and fit?
  • Do you want to feel powerful and limitless?
  • Do you want to constantly win at life?
  • Who do you want in your life?
  • Who is your ideal mate?
  • What are three non-negotiables that you require as “musts” for your Ultimate Life?

Ultimate living is being inspired to aspire! What ultimate life will you create for yourself?

We’re almost there! Four down and one “fifth” to go! Thank you so much for sticking with me and for sticking with A5! Tomorrow, I will share the fifth and final “fifth” while weaving together everything we’ve covered this week.

See you tomorrow!

The time for happiness is NOW.

The time for joy is ALWAYS.

The time for you to create your ultimate life, has come. Join me! We’ll do it TOGETHER!

Adjust Your Focus – Change Your Life

Gratitude!

As the world is aware, the current political race for President of the United States of America has tensions running high and is creating quite a division among Americans.

Where there is tension, there is drama. Where there is drama, there is negative energy that is being emitted, transmitted and multiplied. Because energy is not something we can always see, we have to gauge our behaviors by how we feel. If you surround yourself with people who just aggravate you with their drama and their negativity, you are surrounding yourself with an incredibly high amount of energy that will do nothing but consume you too.

That is, if you are unaware.

If you are aware of the difference between positive and negative energy, you will be able to feel it instantly. The minute your stomach turns, that’s a clear indicator of negative energy. The minute you feel overwhelmed with joy or love that you could be moved to tears – that’s positive energy.

Once you have identified that you are beginning to be consumed by the negative energy of others, no matter the provocation, the fastest way to ‘get right within’ is to return to your roots. By leading a lifestyle deeply rooted in and guided by Gratitude, you can immediately turn those negative feelings off and turn the positive feelings on.

No one wants to feel bad – but if you’ve never truly understood how to control feeling great, it’s easy to understand why that may be challenging.

The minute you feel yourself thinking the wrong thoughts and feeling those awful feelings, verbally declare, “ENOUGH!” and begin with the question, what can I see right now that I am grateful for?

I am Grateful

As you begin to answer, repeat the question over and over – answering each time with a different response.

The faster you can find what you love, the faster you can feel love and the faster you can love how you feel!

Adjust your focus and change your life.

Wonderful Wednesday

Gratitude Word Web

Today, I want you to know that everything in your life is perfect, just as it is right now. You may not agree, but with a little concentrated thought, you can.

You have a choice. You can choose to look at everything that is not right today, or you can choose to think about how great it would feel if everything in your life were right and fantastic. The only difference between what we think and what is, is that what we see as our lives is the result of what has already been thought.

Today is “Wonderful Wednesday” and today I choose to feel excited and gloriously grateful for the awesomeness that is this positive energy that I feel, bathe in and emit. When we feel wonderful, it’s as if we have our own inner Sun that beams out rays of sunlight to everyone and everything we aim the rays at.

When you think of how your inner sunshine can affect the lives of everyone it reaches, you should feel wonderful knowing that because of you, so many people right now can feel wonderful too.

So go out there today, aim your rays of sunshine at everyone you see and know that your choice to feel incredible is your conscious thought effort that will bring you awesomeness as your Life Results. The more intensely you feel about anything brings it that much quicker – so the only question that remains is, how great do you feel?

Together, we CAN change the world!

Gratitude – The Ultimate Power

The Power of Gratitude

The Power of Gratitude

The Ultimate Power is the force to be reckoned with. The thing with Gratitude is that if one is ungrateful, the reckoning comes in the form of their Life Results. As human beings, we have been conditioned to understand a reckoning to be a punishment or a consequence for actions that have transpired. With this in mind, we begin to understand the consequence of lacking gratitude or, essentially, being ungrateful.

When we think thoughts, we are customizing the life results we wish to experience. When we pair our thoughts with passionate feelings, or feelings that are sincerely and fully felt, we are expediting the arrival time of the manifestation or physical experience of those people, circumstances or “life results.”

If a person thinks grateful thoughts and feels the wonderful sensations related to gratitude, they are powerfully creating that which will manifest into physical form. The longer and more focused energy that is spent thinking a specific thought that is paired with a constant, committed feeling, the faster that person experiences similar, “like” life results that are in line with what and how they have been thinking and feeling. While some specific manifestations may take some time (or not – there is not a definite formula), living in gratitude means that while one may wait for a specific request, they will absolutely enjoy living day to day until they are in possession of whatever they specifically desire – as long as they are aware.

Together, we CAN change the world!

Your Gratitude Portfolio – Investments That ALWAYS Pay HUGE, Tax-Free Dividends

DSC_0972

By Dr. Johnny Bergstrom

While the worldwide investment markets go up and down, the question of what to invest in for the greatest return is definitely a question worth asking our brokers!

I have a question for you, my grateful readers. Is there a high-yield, low-risk, guaranteed ROI option when the commodities invested in are people?

Absolutely!

There. I just made the cover of Forbes magazine with my earth-shattering insider info!

Don’t worry – my insider info is legal and legit and this has nothing to do with Labor.

This is a different kind of portfolio with different types of investments.

This is the Gratitude Portfolio.

When you invest time and energy from a Center of Gratitude in someone else, you are emitting a fantastic energy frequency that will (if they’re aware) be received by them that will enhance their life. That heartfelt “thank you” to your barista or grocery cashier and sincere wishes for greatness in their lives as you go on your way – they feel your love, your gratitude and your gratitude acts as an investment in their commodity – themselves!

When you invest your gratitude in multiple commodities (people, in this example) you expand and diversify your Gratitude Portfolio which will net you infinite gains and an enormous ROI. When you invest your gratitude in others, you are giving. What you give, you receive. Give love – receive love. Give gratitude – receive more life results that warrant feeling grateful! Give a little – get a little. Give a lot – get a lot!

Who doesn’t want more life results to be grateful for!?

Now, about those “huge, tax-free dividends.”

With the global investment markets, when one invests aggressively, they are essentially risking a lot more money than someone who is investing conservatively. But the cool thing about Gratitude is that it’s liquid – it’s ready now, it’s on-hand, it’s always available and in the Gratitude Market, it’s limitless!

When one invests aggressively with their gratitude, they are flooding their lives with greatness. They are saturating their personal market with their own abundance, prosperity and love. The best part is that in the Gratitude Market, it’s completely Fair Trade and what is invested is returned. The grandeur of the dividend is up to the investor and how they’ve invested. The aggressive gratitude investor will see consistent, higher “payouts” than the conservative investor.

Isn’t investing with gratitude fun!?

Here’s the absolute, best part. Gratitude is like a tide – when it rises, it raises all the boats in the harbor; not just the megayachts. Gratitude is from everybody, for everybody. When we give thanks, when we invest in others – we are raising all the boats together, so that we may all create and enjoy ultimate lives.

Using the Power of Gratitude for Good

Part of harnessing the Power of Gratitude is to understand the most vital component of Gratitude; the Law of Attraction.

A great way to understand the Law is this: what you think about, you bring about.

Using the Power of Gratitude for good seems like a no-brainer. Through various social media outlets, questionable behavior among famous people and others gets people talking and then the Media follow the trail of what and who people are talking about, aiming to cover the “news.”  Except it isn’t news at all – it’s all that has been attracted and manifested. I’ll explain.

When we think about what we want, powerful frequencies that our thoughts operate on are sent out to rearrange our reality to manifest our thoughts into physical, real experiences in our lives. Thus, what we think about, we bring about. Those famous people think about fame and fortune and they behave in ways that get people talking, get the attention directed at them and then once they have the attention of the masses, the cycle repeats. The next item that gets people talking is released, people talk, attention is given and ‘the powers that be’ figure out a way to make said attention profitable.

I am writing this post today about using one’s power for good. There are plenty of famous people who use their power for good, but they don’t have nearly the same traction with social media as those who behave questionably. The good deeds do “trend” but not nearly as much or as highly as those that spark debates or controversy. Why!?

Now, let’s talk about you. Let’s talk about your social media accounts. Let’s talk about what you post.

What you think about, you bring about. Take a look at your timelines and tweets. Do you post a lot of negative things? Is your life getting any better than it used to be or are you just living another day in a similar way to how you lived yesterday? What we pay attention to, multiplies. So if we are paying more attention to the lives of others and what everyone else is doing, how can we possibly make our lives better, happier or “ultimate?”

Each day, multiple times per day, I make a concerted effort to stop myself from instinctively clicking “share” or “post” without a second look or thought about whether or not I really want what’s about to go out into the digital abyss, “out there.” One of my considerations is the effect that my posts or shares will have on my viewers. What emotions am I trying to get others to experience through my posts and does this post effectively communicate my intention?

We all have the power to use gratitude for good. A suggestion for deciding what to share and what to ignore, unfollow or delete, is this – what did the post make you feel when you first read it? Is that emotion something you think you should prevent others from feeling or something you should provoke others to feel? Everyone loves feeling happy, uplifted, joyful, optimistic, included and grateful. Post what you feel grateful to have seen  on your feeds  and allow others to see your gratitude. Share it with the hashtag #sograteful or #thanksforthesmile or any other creative tag you can think of to group such great posts together!

Together, we can further the Mission of Global Gratitude and include everyone else who is not yet part of it. Get grateful. Become aware of what you’re grateful for that you experience in your life, allow yourself to feel consumed with great feelings and “share” how great you feel with everyone in social media land. #makegratitudegoviral #gratitudeisglobal
